Red Day? Green Day?

Mr. Dumpling would not be happy to know I am still sitting here...so let's not tell him. I'm supposed to be getting ready to go to Natchitoches and hunt for landscaping things, order a birthday cake and some shopping.

He's even taking me for red beans and rice at Lasyone's.

Have you heard of Natchitoches? It's the neatest old town and where Steel Magnolias was filmed.

However, here I am...with a question. Does anyone know of a Red meme or a Green meme day you take part in? I see you shaking your head...she wants more?

Any ideas or suggestions?

Hello Judy Bug, Happy Presidents Day, Happy Blue Monday and happy Natchitoches day :-) (I love that film). Beautiful posts and wonderful books esp for someone who is soaking up as much American history as I can. I have a wonderful book called The timechart of Presidents & First Ladies and will definately look out for some of your books too, thank you. Kathy.

Hi JudyBug, thanks for your visit today. My friend Beverly wanted me to do a green day but I said no. Green is my favorite color but I think we have enough colorful days.

I have never heard of that town. Interesting to know. I loved the movie 'Steel Magnolias'

Happy Blue Monday and President's Day. Love your posts today

Hugs...Jeanne

Judy,

I will never remember the name of the town (or how to pronounce it!) but I am glad you told me. Me & my girls watched Steel Magnolia's a million times! Definately a 3 hankie movie.

Sorry I don't have an idea for you on the MeMe's.

xoxo

Nice to meet you Judybug. I can't help with the red or green meme, why not start one. I know of Blue Mondays and that's about it. I love the movie Steele Mags. It is one of my very fav's and I swear when I had my hair salon, it looked like Truvey's at every holiday. I wish I had a un place like truvey's to get my hair done and visit with others.
