Happy Valentine's Day to you!

Happy Valentine's Day to all you sweet bloggers out there! I never dreamed blogging would be so much fun and I would "meet" so many wonderful, interesting friends.

Mr. Dumpling surprised me yesterday me roses! I love yellow roses and he just outdid himself with these.

I love how they go out to a darker burgundy color.

How about some vintage Valentine's? A man who worked for us gave us a large box full of these little treasures. I love that most of them have movable parts called "Mechanical Valentine's".

This has a story book that you can remove:

The cow lowers that precious boy up and down:

What a cute little pirate!

A talented little girl with roving eyes!

This cute little farmer has a movable plow:

This little fellow doesn't move but I just love his cute outfit. Look at those shoes!

Have a wonderful day doing whatever brings you joy and love!

I "stumbled" across your blog for the first time this morning. I loved your tablescape. Recently I had the task of cleaning out my parents' home and ran across an entire set of "First Love" still in the silver chest. Mom was not much a formal entertainer :). I believe mine is silverplate instead of sterling, but still could not believe it was tucked away all those years!
