Mango Salsa
2 ripe Mangoes
2 Garden tomatoes
1 chopped bell pepper
1/2 chopped Vidalia Onion or red onion
2-3 TBSP fresh lime juice
Garlic to taste
finely chopped jalepeno to taste
Mix ingredients together. Best if the flavors are allowed to blend for a couple of hours. Serve with chips. Makes such a pretty dish.

Abolutely loved reading this and LOVED your beautiful photos! This needs to be in one of our Southern decorating magazines. What a talent you have! Your home/yard is just beautiful.

That sounds delicious. Just recently I discovered love for mangoes and now I can't get enough.
Indeed, it looks so pretty and colorful and sounds delish with the mango and lime juice in it. I'm saving this recipe and thanks for sharing the link on how to make mango flowers. Thank you so much for stopping by and liking my treasure chest. Have a lovely day!~Poppy

I love Mangos! When we go to down town Los Angeles (better known as the garment district) I always get mangos with lime juice. Thanks for the recipe!
YUMMY stuff! I found a similar recipe early this spring and have made it multiple times for events and it's always a big hit! Only difference I think is the recipe I use has 2 avocados in it. So refreshing! Thanks for the tip on cutting up mangoes -- I SO needed that!
Loving this recipe so much. I made it at my grandma’s house. The combination of recipes goes well with each other and the taste is certainly admirable. www.gourmandia.ca and www.coffeefashion .com also have interesting recipes that you’ll surely want to try!
