What a summer! First, we finally got OnlySon married off to Sweetpea. The wedding was in Florida. What a beautiful couple they were if I say so myself!

I wasn't prepared to love the beach but it was beautiful! Our house was almost on the beach and family came for the wedding. It turned into a family reunion and what fun we had!

Late night sessions of catching up, more laughter than I thought possible, a few tears and so many memories!! What a lucky woman I am. Here's a few pics of the fun times:

Everyone had their own laptop! Yes, we were looking at wedding pictures together.

Fall is here IN my house but not outside quite yet. Some cool morning but still not seeing changing leaves. Here's a few of my inside Fall decorations.

I love to display my Friendly Village in the fall and winter months!

McCoy Ivy and Pine cone teapot sets. The Pine cone set belonged to my gr-aunt, then to Mother and now me!

The foyer table is decked out with lanterns, white pumpkins and some pilgrims. I don't wait until Thanksgiving for Pilgrims because I put out Christmas so early.

More on the outside blooms later this week. Happy Fall Y'all!

I love Johnson Brothers Friendly Village. Even though I have a few of the Christmas dishes I usually only use them through Thanksgiving. They mix well with other odd pieces of brown transferware.

Peace and Puppies,
