Pink Saturday 3/14 - Pinkness Abounds in Nature
Whew! I forgot my PINK post yesterday. We were at the nursing home last night visiting my dad and Mr. Dumplings parents. They are right next door to each other. We take Boudreaux and he is the entertainment. So, just take your PINK sassy self over to Beverly at How Sweet The Sound. You will be swathed in pinkness!
Remember the adventure Boo and I went on for Outdoor Wednesday.
Well, after our park stroll, we headed into Town. Do you go to "town" or is that just a rural saying? Anyway, I digress. I rolled the window down and let Boo get air blown. We can't let it all the way down...he might jump!
Here's some of our pinkness still blooming!
My own azaleas are budding out. I should have some pics in the next week or so. Happy Spring y'all! I'm off to check for PINKNESS. I love that word!

Happy Pink Saturday.

I'm wishing for the buds around here to start popping soon!
Just getting around to PS people today, honey! I love the white brick and the lushness of the yard. Here in the desert it's a bit bare in most places but we definitely try.
xoxo,
Connie
How nice that you have only one nursing home visit and see all. The photos of pink was fantastic as is the landscaping.
We've always said "going to town" or "going into town." Of course, "going to town" means two different things. It references literally going into the small shopping & business area of town, i.e. THE town itself. It also means being really, really moving, like "She was really going to town with that dancing" or "He was really going to town on that guitar."
Yes, I AM southern.
Hey I know I remember that little red bird :-) I just have to scroll down to be sue! That was a wonderful Park strolling by the way.
Oh and look at your azaleas! That's a lot of flowers growing :-)
Such pretty flowers. I think we may get spring, too...someday. Happy Pink Saturday!
Just gorgeous! Love the quilt heart pillow in your shop, too. Happy Pink Saturday!
O.K. Judy, I can tell spring will be wonderful where you live. Happy Pink Saturday to you and to yours. Char
I post under the name of someplace in thyme and not english cottage rose, that is a selling site, I have no idea how to change that.
You make me so homesick for azaleas. Out here in west Oklahoma we cannot grow them, well, unless we go to great lengths. :) Thanks for the pics.
Going to town? My mom used to say that when she lived in Amity OR. I live in the city, so I've never been to "town". I love those pink trees. Everything is dead and drab here in the snow. I'm sooo longing for spring!!!!
I can't wait until my pinkness starts to bloom. Thanks for sharing yours. (I love that word, too.)
Happy Pink Saturday, Judy.
Your azaleas look so pretty! I can't wait till our's open up.
