Welcome to our Home for Christmas!

Here's some pics of my hearth room which is open to the Dining Room I wrote about in another post.

I kept the theme of pink, green and cream. I used the green mesh on the tree like what is on the table and the mirror. It's so hard to photograph a tree so I made one with and without lights. The tree revolves which I love!

Next to the tree is a library table. The runner is pink/green toile. Yes, I love pink and green!

I collect Royal Albert china and this is the pink damask cup and saucer. I'm working on the different colors of that set.

Underneath the table is one of my mother's quilts. This is my first year without her and it's been difficult. I love to snuggle under the quilt on a cold night.

I did the mantel differently this year. On our way back from the LSU game, we stopped at Cracker Barrel and I found these cute little "frosted" houses. Last weekend, I found the little glittery figures at Hobby Lobby.

Thanks for stopping by. I'll be adding more of the kitchen and living room next week. I love seeing all the beautiful decorations you post. So much fun!

A revolving tree covered in green tulle...it's really pretty!

I wondered about the TV above your fireplace. We are thinking about doing that also. Do you like it? Where do you hide the wires and cable box? I guess we would get digital cable if we got the TV which requires a box with our cable company.

By the way, I absolutely love those dishes shown in your banner. Are those Mason's dishes?
